This database is made with libraries, schools and colleges in mind. It contains more than 31,000 plot summaries in addition to complete online literary texts. There are also several thousand articles and essays of literary critiques in addition to about 156,000 author biographies.
Critical Evaluation
This database gives information about notable literary works, authors, as well as other tools to understand and learn about literature. It has a very clear and neat layout. The site is also very user friendly. Just within the homepage, teens can get easy access to information about authors, books, tips for writing research papers and dictionaries and encyclopedias. The site also has the option for teens to read complete novels and works online. Another feature that is extremely helpful is that each biography for each author also have links to interviews, pictures and full texts of that author's work.
